Exercise

Exercise is the number one fear of obese people. The problem about gyms is they are inadequate for obese people. The problems that persist are the equipment the gym provides. Usually the seats and benches are too small for obese people to exercise. The equipment is not built to suit obese people, getting on and off exercise machines is a challenge for obese people. This problem can lead to back and knee problems.  So why don’t they use the floor? The same problem factors into this problem, getting up and down also contributes to back problems. The weight around their stomach also makes some of their exercises impossible. But this is not the only problem affecting obese people. Most obese people are intimidated by the fact of going into a gym full of people in shape working out.

But swimming, recumbent bikes, and walking are some of the best ways to get back into shape. If they own a swimming pool at home even better, they won’t be intimidated by the fact of walking into a pool with everyone staring. Recumbent bikes are a great idea because it’s constant working moving the legs. But they problem is trying to get on the bike and the seats are too small for obese people. Walking can be done anywhere, it is easy to do and can be done anytime of the day. The best method if affordable is to get a private personal trainer. Although it’s a little costly, it can be a substitution for the fear of working out at the gym with other people. Also it can be beneficial having a more experienced trainer to help fix the diet and get them into shape.
