Filipino Weapons

The Colt .45 1911 was widely used during WWII and up to now. It was extremely reliable. The first functional working product came out in 1911, thus part of its name was 1911. In many stories they say the gun’s original formula hasn’t changed since 1911. On March 29th 1911 the gun was selected as the official sidearm of the US Armed Forces. It was selected because it was the easiest to fix, disassemble, most reliable, and more accurate than other pistols of its time. Many modern firearms today wouldn’t have been created I it wasn’t for this gun. It works almost the same as any other modern pistol. It has a muzzle velocity of 850 fps equipped with seven round magazines. To prove it’s dependability it was used for decades by the armed forces. Now it may still be used as a secondary weapon.
