Filipino Introduction
African American Introduction
Chinese Introduction
I did my section on Filipino soldiers because I wanted to learn more about my history. I wanted people to know about how Filipinos played a huge role during the war. I felt that they weren't as recognized as other soldiers. People should know that filipinos like my grandfather fought hard to ensure the freedom of future generations of both Americans and Filipinos.

As a young African American, it is an honor to write about the unsung heroes of World War II. I pay my respect by telling their great stories of victory and unfortunately some of tragedy. Many black soldiers through out the history of America were overlooked in their participation and support in the wars of the past. It seems as through black soldiers were not in the wars at all. But my section will let you know what these valiant soldiers did. FDivision to the vigorous background missionrom the triumph successes of the Tuskegee Airmen and the 92nd Infantry s of the 93rd, African American men were fully involved in World War II. Two of my grand uncles were of those great-unsung heroes who fought so hard to win two battles, the battle against the Axis and the battle against discrimination. In the end they victoriously won their battles with respect from the United States Military. These men of valor will never be forgotten for their great fight for the country they love.

As a young Chinese American, it is an honor to write about the soldiers in World War II. I’m honored to be able to tell these stories about their victories and also their tragedies. Almost all of the Chinese American soldiers were not recognized for their major impact in World War II. But you will soon know from the Chinese section on our website. The Chinese American soldiers were able to accomplish what they wanted to do (with the help of the US), defeat Japan. These men and women will never be forgotten for what they have accomplished for their country.
