Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW)

CEDAW is “primary international treaty that deals with women’s rights, and prohibits all forms of discrimination against women”. Philippines signed this treaty on March 2001. The country has been sending country reports, but has not yet fully approved the treaty. (Nivatvongs, Nitara)
