Parrish Waters and His Micro Friends
This is our science teacher Mr. Parrish Waters
Parrish taught us a lot about water in general, water laws,
what is in water, and why you should not drink water in
      Charleston, SC.

Nematode

In each river site we observed nematodes.  According to
Parrish, it can only move using it's longitudinal muscles.

More nematodes were seen downriver than upriver.

Perhaps upriver there are more pesticides.

We also saw other microbial species, but in much fewer number.
One thing that was odd was the lack of insect larvae in the water.
