For
this web site we chose to interview two people who were somehow
part of the events that took place from 1975-1979. We wanted readers
to get a first hand account of how the same period affected them
both differently. Given, every Cambodian’s experience during
that time will be slightly different than everyone else’s
but here are two that I hope everyone will recognize. The first
interview was with a guy named Chan Thou, although he wasn’t
directly affected by the Khmer Rouge he was still affected. The
second interview is of Bang Huynh who spent the majority of that
time trying to escape into Vietnam. Read about both of their stories.
