Throughout
its history Cambodia has experienced many civil wars. The country
has experienced its fair share of turmoil but never anything like
the Khmer Rouge. At this time the Khmer Rouge was steadily developing
in the countryside. Cambodia was torn by small civil wars but
they still had their freedom to live as they wished. Families
were able to be together. Markets were booming with business and
children were happily playing outdoors. Despite the civil wars
Cambodia was just a simple, lively country.
