We did a survey to find out how known Powwows and the Native American Cultures are when it comes to main stream society. We handed out one hundred surveys but only got back sixty six. We handed the survey out to high school and college students. We choose this sample of our population because they are probably the most in tune to mainstream society in terms of popularity of certain cultures and beliefs as well as in education. A lot of our results were what we thought we would get.
