STELLA

Stella es uno de los programas disponibles para modelar sitemas. Es creado por High Performance Systems, Inc. Este programa a permitido a muchos estudiantes de segundaria a aprender de sistema dinamica. Muchos programas de segundaria usan stella para enseñar a sus estudiantes acerca de sistema dinamica. Antes que Stella saliera, estudiantes no eran dados la oportunidad de aprender acerca de sistema dinamica asta que estaban en la universidad. Ahora, estudiantes tienen la oportunidad de aprender acerca de sistema dinamica en ciertas segundarias. La verción actual es Stella 8, nuevos usuarios pueden descargar una vercón de prueba aquí.

The button tool allows you to place a button that can be used for numerous functions, like resetting graphs, running a simulation, stoping a simulation, or pausing a simulation. This tool allows you to place a switch which can be used to turn on and off certain portions of the model. The slider tool allows the user of the model to change certain values of the model within the specified limits. The graph tool allows you to place a graph on the screen that will be viewable while the simulation is running. The graph can be of any component of the model. The table is similar to the graph tool, where you can place a table which will show readings for the simulation. The text tool allows you to draw a text box to insert text into your model. The image tool allows you to insert a picture into your model. Pointer Color Dynamite The feedback loop tool allows you to place an icon for a feedback loop diagram and to show some of the feedback loops in your model.
