We are S.M.A.R.T.S - Staying Motivated And Reducing Teen Smoking. This is the Lincoln University Upward Bound Program's smoking awareness and cessation program. We exist to show the manipulation that the tobacco industries possess and how they try to manipulate teenagers. S.M.A.R.T.S. is funded by Chester County Health Department and BUSTED. S.M.A.R.T.S. is a branch off of BUSTED, and BUSTED is a branch off of Truth which is the nation campaign.
