Obesity in minority men is a dangerous issue.  Though it has disadvantages regarding appearance, mobility, and discrimination, obesity can be the stepping-stone to various health problems, even death.  Obesity results from fat build-up which exceeds the body's physical and skeletal standards.  An individual is considered obese if his/her body weight is 20% or more over his/her ideal body weight.
