*Smoking is the leading cause of Lung Cancer by far.

    It is attributed to 80% of Lung Cancer cases in men.  The risk will increase depending upon the amount of cigarettes smoked a day.  

Second-Hand Smoke

    It is attributed to about a third of the lung cancer cases and 3,000 deaths per year. The particles in this form of smoke are easier to breath because they are smaller.

Radon Gas

    This comes in the form of a gas which has no smell or no odor.  It can be found in the common home, but only through test.  The gas comes from the ground.
