Evidence has shown that daily consumption of garlic, onions, and peppers can improve your health especially if they are eaten raw. These foods contain chemicals that can protect the body from numerous diseases.

                                                                          

Garlic can:

·       Decrease total cholesterol

Peppers can:

·       Help asthmatics breathe easier

·       Control problems with sinuses and nasal passageways
