    ~    Puerto Rican's death rate was 40.9 deaths per million people

    ~    African American's death rate was 38.1 deaths per million people

    ~    African Americans were twice more susceptible to prevail than whites.

    ~    African American children are three times more susceptible to be hospitalized for asthma than white children

    ~    Visits to the hospital:

            ~    African Americans- 22.9 visits per thousand people

            ~    Whites- 4.9 visits per thousand people

            ~    Others- 3.3 per thousand people
