Exercise:

Exercising is one of the most significant and effective ways to prevent headaches. You should exercise regularly everyday. Aerobic exercise such as walking, running, and swimming or cycling helps to reduce many kinds of headaches. Remember that before you exercise, you should always warm up slowly because sudden bursts of exercise can give rise to headaches. In addition, after exercising, you should slow down what you are doing and stretch to prevent headaches later that day.
