Diet:

What you eat is a significant consideration that will help prevent headaches. You should watch you are eating patterns. Therefore, you should not avoid eating too little or too much compared to what you normally eat everyday. In addition, try your best to avoid foods that triggers headaches. Some foods that trigger headaches are: caffeine, alcohol (especially red wine and beer), aged cheeses, chocolate, pickled or marinated foods, processed meats, MSG, aspartame, bananas, citrus fruits, nuts, and freshly baked bread (yeast).
