Tension Headache:

Tension type headache is the most common form of headache. According to Stephen D. Silberstein, MD tension headaches affect about 75% of all headache sufferers. This kind of headache is usually felt on both sides of the head, and the sufferer will feel a constant tight or pressure sensation around their head. When asked, many say that tension headache feels like a tight rubber band rapped around the head. In addition, the pain is dull and persistent, however, varying in intensity. In other words, tension-type headaches are normally a steady ache instead of a throbbing one.
