Things To Avoid
  Return to Index

Things to avoid:

When an individual is not feeling well, he/she should avoid bright light and loud noises because that person can be very sensitive to them. Bright light, flickering light, fluorescent light, and loud noises -whether sudden (a car backfiring, a firecracker) or prolonged (a baby crying, construction work) can worsen someone's headache.
