Rebound Headache:

Rebound headaches are one of the less common types of headaches. It is a pressing and dull pain that seems to diffuse all over the head. In addition, it is caused from taking too much over the counter and prescription medication.

According to Stephen D. Siberstein, MD, if prescription or nonprescription pain relievers are overused, headache may rebound as the last dose wears off, leading one to take more and more pills.
