Lesson 1: ADJECTIVES
The rule changes if the descriptive adjective follows
an indefinite article. It can follow one of two scenarios.
The first case
is when the indefinite article itself has
no ending. These would be words such as ein, dein,
mein, etc. In such instances, the adjectives take the same
endings as they would if they were not preceded by an article.
Hence, they follow the rules indicated in the Adjectives Chart 1.

The second case is when the indefinite article itself
has an ending. These would be words such as einen, deine,
meinem, etc. In such instances, the adjectives take the same
endings as they would if they followed a definite article. Hence,
they follow the rules indicated in the Adjectives Chart 2.
