The Story

Many people believe that Earth isn't the only planet with life on it. Is it possible that there is life from other planets? Scientists have been studying the other planets for the past few years. They have collected some information about why aliens could or could not be real. No one knows exactly what aliens look like. There have been stories from little green men to aliens that have brown fur and wings that live on the moon. People from all around the world have seen what they believe are aliens. The stories about aliens have been around for about a hundred years, and are still being spotted today. A lot of times alien sightings happens at night. People sometimes connect aliens to UFOs.

Evidence For

Mars has markings that look like dry riverbeds and people think that Mars was warmer than now and had rivers, oceans, and seas. Today all the water is frozen. Is it possible that life once lived on Mars? Scientists believe that Venus use to have water, but over time it became a hot dry desert like planet.

Evidence Against

All the other planets are either too hot or too cold for most living organisms to live on. So is it possible for aliens to survive the climate of the other planets? There is very little air or water on Mars, which would make life hard to live there without special adaptations. Many different space probes have landed on the planets and have never seen any signs of life.
