to better your health. It can help build up your energy, reduce stress,
burn calories, and improve muscle tone, strength and coordination.
The researchers have found that some square dancers covered five miles
worth of walking while dancing.
According to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, dancing lowers
blood pressure and risk for heart disease. It can also strengthen
the bones in your hips and legs.
Dancing is very beneficial to people's health.
