Welcome to the Microsoft Access section. Access is essentially a spreadsheet that can link to other spreadsheets. Here you will find out the basics of this program. Access is useful for organizing data into categories, storing records, and maintaining data. Access can get complicated, so it's best to start early. Below are the topics under this section. Access is accessed (pun yes?) from clicking Start, Programs, Microsoft Office 2000 (we'll be using 2000), and Microsoft Access.
