HERE IS THE RECIPE FOR SPANISH RICE      

 

 

INGREDIANTS:

 

ONE CUP OF LONG GRAIN RICE

TWO TSP. OF OIL A DASH OF GROUND CUMMIN AND PEPPER

ONE CUP OF DICED TOMATOES AND ONIONS AND A CAN OF TOMATOE SAUCE.

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

 

          PLACE OIL IN PAN.

1.       SAUTEE ONE CUP OF RICE ‘TILL BROWN.

2.      ADD ONE CAN OF TOMATOE SAUCE AND SPICES.

3.       SAUTEE TOGETHER IN LOW FLAME

4.       ADD TWO CUPS OF WATER, BRING TO A BOIL FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES – TILL WATER BURNS DRY.
