Biography

Gordon Korman was born on October 23, 1963 in Montreal and grew up near Toronto. He didn't have any brothers, sisters or pets. His first Book was This can't be happening at Macdonald Hall written when he was in 7th grade at the age of 12. He published his book when he was 14. After High school he went to college he studied film. After he went out of moviemaking education he wrote Macdonald Hall Goes to Hollywood.  He has won many awards and he has written many books.  His nicknames were Gordie and Gord-o .He met his wife in New York City they now have two children. He has some pet peeves, his pet peeves are: Opera, New York traffic, zucchini sticks, and books where the dog dies. Scholastic publishes many of Gordon's titles. Gordon met his wife in New York. He now divides his time between Toronto, New York and Florida. Sometimes an idea just whooshes into his mind. As you can see, Gordon Korman really likes writing.
