What is English as a Second Language or ESL? This project will include a brief history of ESL in the United States, methods on how to teach English to students, language acquisition theories, frequently asked questions, and quizzes, along with links to other useful ESL sites. Each page will be handicapped accessible, as well as fun and interactive. By creating this project, we hope to show how and why the ESL program is used in the United States.
