Paranormal Mysteries: Are they real, or just make-believe?

Hello, we are here to talk about paranormal occurrences. On this page we are going to list one fake story and one real story on paranormality. It's your job to find out which one is real and which one isn't.  Here is our first story.

The Headless Girl

In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, there was an old colonial house that was said to be haunted. There were reported incidents of a bloody lady seen in the old antique mirror, always left behind by each owner.

One day Angela Kartizalis (present owner of the house) was fixing her husband's (Macky Kartizalis) tie as he was looking in the mirror. He screamed and ran, but Mrs.Kartizalis did not understand her husband's weird reaction. She asked him what was wrong, but he seemed too frightened to answer. Later that day, Mrs. Kartizalis asked her husband what he had seen. He explained it as a disturbed bloody woman, with long brown hair. But, he also stated that all he could see was her head. Macky's wife thought that he was just going crazy, but when she checked the house's history, there were many complaints about the mirror being haunted. No one would believe him.

Then one day as the couples were having a Christmas party, one of their male guests went upstairs to put his coat away. As anyone would do, he checked the mirror to see if he looked okay. Once he looked in the mirror, he screamed and fainted on the spot. The couple rushed up the stairs with their worried guests behind them. They reached the top of the stairs to find the man lying on the floor.  We talked to this man, who didn't want his name mentioned. His description was the same as Mr. Kartizalis, but he said he could have sworn that he heard the woman cry, "You shall pay for what you've done! You shall PAY!!" As we looked back in history, we found that a Mary Lachin was murdered in this house, but the case was never solved. Mary's body was found in front of this mirror, which is why we think she remains there today. In this murder, the victim was decapitated.

We think that this mysterious woman in the mirror, is indeed, Mary Lachin. Mary appears as an angry image.  The killer was never found. This may be the reason Mary is so angry. The only prediction we have is that Mary's murderer is a male. We have made this prediction based on the fact that only men have seen Mary's floating head. Her head was never found.

Then one day another family decided to remodel their house. The construction workers found a very thick leather bag. Curious of the contents, one worker decided to open the bag. "Ahhhh!!!" he screamed. He told the present owners what he had found, they didn't believe him at first but then he showed them the bag and what was in it. They couldn't believe their eyes. They informed the local police department, and detectives were on the case right away. To this day Mary's head appears in that mirror, home owners are too frightened to throw it out.

6 b        The Ghost on Park Road

Amy and John MacLeod had only lived in their house for a month when they realized something just wasn't right. Amy was in the kitchen one day, and the door to the basement where their dog stayed was open. All of a sudden Amy heard someone whistling a tune. Their dog started to bark angrily and Amy called him upstairs. He just stayed there and kept on barking. Amy was very scared because she knew no one was down there. Once the whistling stopped, Amy decided to go down there. There was absolutely no one in sight. She told her husband, John, what had happened. He was amazed.

Another time something odd happened. One day Amy was going to the store and was bringing her son. He couldn't find his shoes anyway. Amy had the urge to look in the attic.  She kept the attic door locked so the children couldn't get in. She saw a hole on her way up the old stairs. She took a hanger and started to  dig into the hole. Out came her sons shoes. She had a feeling that that wasn't all that was in there. She got the vacuum cleaner and started sucking things out of the hole. The first thing that came out was a death certificate. She also found insurance receipts, a man's rings, and poems written by a woman in grief.

This woman, apparently the dead man's wife, took her husbands insurance money, bought the house weeks after his death,  and re-married almost instantly. Amy had never met the woman. The man died driving home, he veered off the road. Amy doesn't know if this was suicide or something deliberately turned that wheel .

Also, one night a couple of days after they moved in, John and Amy woke up at exactly at the same time and sat right up. John said "There's a man walking upstairs." They went up but no one was there. They brought their dog but he wouldn't budge from the bottom of the steps. His hair raised, ears back, eyes rolled. Multiple times there were ghostly noises, no one was ever found at the scene.

Both Amy and John felt someone laying next to them in bed, but no one was there. No one is sure who or what is haunting this house.  Do you?
