| Inserting Objects | ||
| Knowing how to insert objects is very important when making a web page because you are going to want things like images and hyperlinks on your page. Images are good to have on your site because they give it more appeal to the users of it. Hyperlinks are especially important because you need them to link more than one page together as well as other outside sites you might want people to go to. | ||

file. This will bring you to a window called Picture. From here you can find
whichever picture file you want to insert onto your page.

It is easy to insert hyperlinks as well. If you want to make a piece of text a hyperlink to a different webpage just highlight the piece of text, right click on it, then go to Hyperlink.
From this window you can type in the address of the webpage in the Address box. For example in this hyperlink is going to www.google.com.
Another thing you can do is link a picture to website. This is almost the same way you link a piece of text except you right click on the picture and go to Hyperlink and follow the rest of the directions from up above. |

In order to link pages together you are going to need
hyperlinks. This is just like making any other hyperlink except instead of
putting in a website address under the insert hyperlink window you put in
the file name of the other page you want the link to go to. You can also
just find the page to be linked and click on that then click OK.
