Corsican Snail
- Scientific Name: Helix ceratina
- Life span: Unknown
- Habitat: Southwest coast of Corsica and the suderdes of Ajaccio. This is were they have capptured and sucsesfuly breed them .
- Description: The shell has stripes of brown and black and its basic color is brown or grey.the snail its self is has a grey foot and its body black green with a light green stripe down its side .
- Problems: Some people say it is so endangered because the french love to eat thes snails. But the real reason is because they have been developing large airports and beaches. And this is all happening on the south west coast.
- Solution: They have already started captive breeding programs. And some people think we should create a law that protects the snails from being eaten.
