Boiled Potatoes

6 medium-sized potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter or margerine
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1. Peel potatoes and place them in a pan of cold, salted water. (The water should just cover potatoes.)
2. Cover the pan and place over high heat. Allow potatoes to boil until tender (about fifteen
to twenty minutes) . When a fork goes into potatoes easily, drain off water.
3. Put lid back on the pan and return to the pan and return to the stove and keep warm. (Make sure that the burner under the pan is off.) Add butter or margarine and parsley before serving
