The way you handle your anger is important. If you hurt things, yourself, or others, you are not handling it right. You will not solve your problems and you will most likely create more. Nothing good can come of anger that is mishandled. The problem with anger is that things are done without thinking. Events happen so quickly that you lose control over the situation, unless you slow down and take control. It's a good idea to try to look for warning signs and to try to figure out what triggers your anger first. Clenched teeth, tightened muscles, headache, and negative thoughts, are some signs that you are angry. Try to figure out what the source of your anger is, and if it is being blown out of proportion.
