Communication is a good
way to dissolve anger because it will help you share your problems. Sometimes
other people can give you another way to look at the things. Just having
someone who will listen to you will make you feel better.
Talk to someone – a friend, a parent,
another adult, or even a pet. (Your pet can’t talk, so it won’t tell.)
It is important to be able to let your feelings out.
Write in a journal – Writing always
helps. You calm down when you do it. It helps relax you. No one but you
will read the words you write so you can write out all of your feelings.
Draw a picture. – It’s a good way
to get your feelings out. If you don’t like to write, draw what makes you
mad. Drawing helps express the way you feel.
