Charles M. Schulz

November 26, 1992 Charles Monroe Schulz was born in Minneapolis as the only child of Dena and Carl Schulz. In the 1930's Charles was interested in comics and his favorite character was Pop eye created by Walt Disney. 1943 he was drafted into the army. He was 20 at the time. In 1951 he got married to Joyce Halverson. After they moved to Colorado they moved back to Minneapolis. June 28, 1996 he won as star in Hollywood. February 12, 2000 Charles M. Schulz died in his sleep in his home. On May 12, 2001 the first day issue of US Postal Service Peanuts Stamp at Charlie Schulz's Redwood Empire Ice Arena in Santa Rosa, California.
