When you are on a roller coaster you need to make sure you are safe. Always wear the seat and shoulder belts.
You should also have hats on tight so they DO NOT fly right off your head or if you can't were your hat on tight you should not even bother to were a hat at all. The most important thing to do when you go on a roller coaster is to FOLLOW THE RULES. If you don't follow the rules you could get very bad injuries. Most teenagers think that they are all that and start to mess around and the next day they are in the hospital. I hope that you are smart enough not to make a bad choice in doing something like that when you get older. Now we are going to get back on track with how to be safe on a roller coaster. If you are scared, you should not look down what so ever. If you do you might start to get a little scared and start to cry you might lose your breath. If you get really scared, you should probably tell the guy or girl to STOP the ride and to let you get off the ride and go on a less scary ride. These are what some of the rules that you need to think about.
