Networks by Leonhard Euler

I invented networks to help me solve the Königsberg bridge problem. Networks are now used in your modern world in many electronics, they are used to set up telephone poles around a town and, since oil tankers are so big and they can’t sail into the harbor, they have special pipes under the water to carry the oil to the place it needs to go. Many mathematicians have made up different network puzzles, but my discoveries with them are still true.

Scroll down to see Jeremy's puzzles. The object with Jeremy's puzzles is to travel the paths without lifting your pencil and without retracing lines. If you find it helpful you can print this page out. Circle yes if the puzzle above it can be traveled in one jouney, circle no otherwise. If you get stuck or don’t want to try every possible way then you can click here to get one of the four discoveries that I found that might help you.
