Victor Krum: He is the Seeker for the Bulgarian National Quidditch team and the champion for Durmstrang. He has a mad crush on Hermionie or in his own words Her-mo-niny. He is very favored by his headmaster.

Fleur Delacour: She is half Veela. A Veela is a magnificently beautiful girl who when offended turns into an extremely ugly bird that throws handfuls of fire. Fleur is the champion of Beauxbatons Academy. Her wand contains the hair of her Veela grandmother.

Ludo Bagman: He is the head of the Magical Sports and Games Department at the Ministry of Magic. He cheats Fred and George Weasley out of the money that he owes them on a bet on the Quidditch World Cup. He wants to give Harry advice on how to win the tournament. Once he was affiliated with Lord Voldemort.

Mad-Eye-Moody: He is a retired auror. An auror is a person who hunts down dark wizards. He has a magical eye and a wooden leg. It is said that he was once one of the best aurors in the world.

Barty Crouch, Jr.: He is the son of Barty Crouch. He was smuggled out of Azkaban by his parents. He is one of the most faithful servants to Lord Voldemort. He escaped from his home to rejoin Voldemort. Winky tries to stop him but fails. He conjures the Dark Mark at the Quidditch World Cup and later murders his father.

Barty Crouch: He is the father of Barty Crouch, Jr. He is tortured by Wormtail (Peter Petigrew). He was going to become the Minister of Magic until his son was caught with a couple of Death Eaters, causing him to lose his reputation.

Cedric Diggory: He is one of the champions for Hogwarts. He is also the seeker and captain of the Hufflepuff Quidditch team. Cedric is one of the few to bring glory to Hufflepuff house, but is murdered by Peter Petigrew just before Lord Voldemort's revival.

Madame Maxime: She is a pureblood giant. If you think Hagrid is big think again. Madame Maxime is enormous. She is the headmistress of Beauxbatons Academy.

Karkaroff: He was a death eater for Voldemort and currently is the headmaster for Durmstrang. He gets knocked out by Hagrid when Karkaroff insults Dumbledore.

Winky: She is a house elf. Her master is Barty Crouch until she is framed and accused of setting off the Dark Mark. She is a friend of Dobby and has brown eyes the size of tennis balls and a high pitched squeak.

Rita Skeeter: She is a writer for the Daily Prophet. She makes people look bad and lies about them in her stories. She lied about Harry and Hermionie, and seriously embarrassed Hagrid.

Charlie and Bill Weasley: They are Ron's oldest brothers. Bill works for Gringots, the wizard bank. Charlie works with dragons in Romania. He also works with the dragons from the first task.
