Junk Food

Eating Healthy

You will be better off if you choose to eat healthy foods.  If you choose to eat healthy foods you will: Have more energy, you will have healthy bones, teeth, skin, and hair, you will do much better in school, you will be able to fight off more sicknesses, and you will feel better about yourself.

 

Junk Food

            Some examples of junk foods are potato chips, soda, ice cream, cookies, and any kind of candy.  All of these foods have a lot of fat and calories, but no nutrition.  They can have a good taste, but be very bad for you.  They should be only a small part of your daily diet.

 

Too Much Junk Food

           

Millions of kids in the United States are obese.  Obesity is when you eat way too much junk food than you should, and you become overweight.  To burn those calories form junk food you can exercise a lot, go on a diet, and especially eat only a very small amount of junk food each day.
