Obesity
What exactly is obesity? Physicians believe one to be obese
if they are 20% or above the normal body weight. Medical problems that may
occur from obesity are strokes, heart disease, diabetes, and kidney problems.
As an example; A person who is 20-30% more than their diet suggests is three
times likelier to be infected with other diseases. As you can probably tell,
obesity causes a chain reaction, as most diseases do. Obesity may come upon a
person if they continually consume more than enough calories than their diet
needs and then do not burn it off with exercise. After a month or so, they will
become overweight. For instance: If a person’s diet needs only 2,000 calories
and they take in 3,000 calories every day for the next month, that person will
become obese.

How Can I Make
Sure That I Don’t Become Obese?
To prevent the obese stage, exercise regularly and watch
what you eat. Apparently, many Americans do not follow these instructions… 58
million in the U.S. are overweight, one in every three women are overweight,
but one in every five men are obese. So, if you don’t want to be made fun of
and live an unhealthy life, then just exercise, exercise, exercise!
