Help for Auditory Sequential Learners
These are the students that seem like they have everything. They excel with their eyes closed. However, all the characteristics that cause them to excel are the very ones that also bring them down. This means two things.

They are generally bored because they learn at a much faster pace and they have no avenue for higher level thinking. In addition, they can seem so different that their list of friends is probably very short.
Frustration is great because everyone wants and needs to be accepted. And if they remain bored they sometimes seriously underachieve.

They employ many coping strategies, some of which are very unhealthy. These range from becoming invisible all the way to suicide.

It's hard to make everything exactly technically perfectly correct all
the time. Learning when it is OK to do less and how to accept less is essential to their sanity. Finding the balance between what they deem
acceptable and what is practical will be a life long journey.
