Dental Assistants

Dental assistants work to provide the dentists the help they need to be able to treat a patient.  They gather all the information needed from the patient and make sure that they are comfortable and ready to be treated.

Dental assistants specialize in business and health.  They also help and teach patients what they need to do to take care of their teeth.

Dental assistants  work primarily indoors, in health departments or clinics.  They are required to have at least a high school diploma.  Their salary range goes from $17,264 to $24,544, but it can change according to job positions and education levels.
