Social Workers

A social worker is a person who is responsible to respond and correct problems that interfere with a student's progressing.  They also help to get families the resources needed. 

To be a social worker, as social worker Mrs. Knox said, ''you must be interested on working with and for people; it is not always good, but if you have a desire for it you'll like it.''

To be social worker it is required to have a 4-year Bachelors degree.  Salary is considered to be good.  The salary range is from $15,700 to $25,000 and more a year.

A social worker has to be a person who likes to help people, and working for them. As social worker, Ms. Knox said, ''it's a good feeling to know that you helped someone''
