Childcare Workers

Childcare workers are specialized on working with children and everything having to do with them.  They make sure that the child is safe and healthy, and also that they are having a good time.

Childcare workers work primarily indoors, in houses or day care departments.  They receive an averaged salary of about $15,000 a year.  Childcare workers' minimum education is a high school diploma.

Childcare workers need to have some personal skills such as: having communication ideas, and being good at helping and teaching.  This career is the perfect one for someone who enjoys spending time with children.
