Laura had a very exciting life, she told her stories to many people. Laura had done and made many things in her young life in the 1800’s. She helped her parents grow vegetables, salt their own meat and bake their food. They also made butter.
When Laura’s daughter was helping her in the kitchen a small fire started and it burned down Laura’s house, after that Laura’s second child died. A little while after Laura’s house burnt down Laura became a teacher. Laura always wanted to become a teacher. Laura did not stay a teacher for a long time though.
