The Johnstown flood was a horrible disaster that killed 2,209 people.
It killed those poor innocent people because there was a very weak dam that broke down after the unfortunate weather that Johnstown had been having the unfortunate weather was HEAVY RAIN!! Which broke down the dam after some heavy rains sending the tons of water down into Johnstown at about 30-40 miles per hour.
But the thing about disasters is you have to always have to look at the bright side or you will sink as far as the disaster took you.
