It is important to know how to handle emergency situations. There are manyexamples of emergecny situatins ,but the most common emergencies of all are that of which you must perform CPR. You might be wondering what in the world CPR stands for.The C stands for cardio, which means ''of the heart''.The P stands for pulmonary which means ''of the lungs''.Lastly the R stands for revive, which means bring back.

Cpr can actualy help people stay alive ,yes that's how important it is.There are two ways it can help.First if someone has stopped breathing If you do CPR on that individual you can help them to start breathing again.Secondly if someones heart has stopped beating CPR would help their heart start to beat again. Now that you know what CPR does for a person it's time for you to learn how to do it in case of emergencies. If you are in a situtatin in which someone has stopped breathing or their heart has stopped this is the way to perform CPR.Open he/she mouth, put your mouth over their mouth, and blow air ,forcing it down to their lungs.
