Emotional Health
Emotional health deals with how we feel. Health is not only about body. It is also about our feelings and mind. We deal with many issues in our lives: school work, family problems, friend problems. It is important to stay focused and be emotioanlly well. To help guide our readers we have reviewed the Sean Covey's book "7 habits of highly effective teens". In the book, Mr Covey talks about forming good habits and making good choices. HABITS are those things that we do all the time without even paying special attention - like brushing teeth in the morning! WHAT IS THE CENTER OF YOUR LIFE:
In his book Sean Covey notes that one of the most important things is how we see ourselves. Ask yourself a question: Is the way you see your self helping you or hurting you? Covey calls these perceptions of youself LIFE PARADIGMS. Paradigm is another word for perception.
