The Sword in the Stone

Story

Eighteen years passes and the people asked Merlin for a way to heal the land. Merlin created a magic obstacle by which, if any man could solve it people would know he was the rightful king to rule the land.

A huge marble stone appeared in front of the cathedral. On top of the marble stone was an anvil used by blacksmiths. Into the anvil Merlin thrusted a jewel encrusted sword. It was the most beautiful sword anyone had ever seen. It flashed and glittered in the sunlight. Upon the stone magically appeared these words:

" Whose Pulleth Out This Sword From the Anvil That Same is the Rightful King of England"
