Knights The knight was generally a man of noble birth who had served in the lower ranks as page and squire before being ceremoniously inducted into knighthood by his superior. SIR GAWAIN is King Arthur's nephew. He has never lost a battle. He is loyal to Arthur and against Lancelot. His values get tested by the Green Knight. SIR LANCELOT is the most known Arthur's knight. He fell in love with queen Guinevere and disrespected the throne. SIR KAY is very loyal to Arthur. He raised Arthur and he is his foster brother.
