Saw-Whet Owl
     This small owl is about 7 in tall.
It has a brown head with white streaks. It's found across southern Canada and most of the United States. It's mostly found in dense forest. The Saw-Whet Owl is found near bogs and swamps. It usually lays about 3 to 6 eggs. They feed primarily on small rodents, mammals, insects and amphibians. But it has been reported that they attack song birds.
