Since 9/11 passengers usually have to show identification at each security check point. Most security questions are now eliminated. You are no longer allowed to carry sharp objects in your pockets or in carry on luggage. You will have to run your shoes through a metal detector. Security checks will include taking of your belt. If you plan on boarding your plane on time you should arrive at least one hour early. Passengers are only allowed one carry-on bag except for purses and laptop cases. Pilots are allowed to carry guns under a new program. Some pilots won't allow passengers to use the bathroom near the cockpit! Only passengers are only allowed to be checked by security, no passengers. You must show your ID if boarding a plane. All your bags will be screened for bombs.
